Delete Your Account

You can delete your Cythr account and all associated data at any time. When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your account information (email, display name, avatar)
• All cycle tracking data (periods, predictions, phases)
• All symptom and mood entries
• AI conversation history and generated insights
• Partner sharing connections
• Gamification progress (level, XP, achievements, avatar)
• All quest and streak data
• Notification and reminder settings

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: In the App

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account and confirm. Your data will be deleted immediately.

Option 2: By Email

Send a request to privacy@cythr.com from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.

What Happens After Deletion

• All data is permanently deleted from our servers
• This action cannot be undone
• Any active partner sharing connections will be severed
• You will be signed out of all devices
